Chipanalog CA-IS3062W

The CA-IS3062x are galvanically-isolated CAN transceivers with a built-in isolated DC-DC converter, that eliminates the need for a separate isolated power supply in space constrained isolation designs. The logic input and output buffers separated by a silicon oxide (SiO2) insulation barrier provide up to 5kVRMS (60s) of galvanic isolation. Isolation improves communication by breaking ground loops and reduces noise where there are large differences in ground potential between ports.
