Design Notes

• Heat leaves through the module base and pins; the host board copper is part of the thermal solution.
• Measure output ripple with a short ground spring at the output pins; a long scope ground lead picks up switching noise that is not really there.
• For isolated variants, respect the creepage and clearance the safety standard demands across the isolation barrier.
