Design Notes

• Mechanical tolerance between the magnet and the sensing element translates directly into angle error; budget it before choosing the resolution.
• Match the output interface (SPI, ABZ, PWM or analog) to the MCU timing, including the latency the control loop can tolerate.
• Offset and sensitivity drift over temperature are systematic — a single-point calibration at room temperature will not hold over the operating range.
• Differential or digital outputs survive electrically noisy motor environments far better than single-ended analog ones.
